Refund policy

In short: if you pay and you do not receive a downloadable file, you are entitled to a refund. Write to us and we will either send you a working download or refund you in full.
How the book is delivered
Right after your payment is confirmed, we email you a personal download link. The link works up to three times, so you can download the PDF to more than one device. Most people never need more than one.
When you are entitled to a refund
- The email with your download link never arrives.
- The link stops working before you have downloaded the book.
- The PDF will not open on your device and we cannot give you a copy that does.
In any of these cases, write to info@azizpadel.com with the email address you used at checkout, or the transaction reference from your receipt. We will put it right.
How refunds are paid
Your payment was processed by our payment provider and merchant of record, so refunds are issued through them, back to the payment method you used. They will confirm the refund to you by email.
Change of mind
Once you have successfully downloaded the book, we cannot refund a change of mind, because a digital file cannot be returned. If something about the book was not what you expected, write to us anyway. We read every message and we will look at it.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
