This page explains what happens to your information when you buy the playbook from azizpadel.com. It is short on purpose, because we keep very little.
What we collect
- Your email address. We need it to send your download link and your receipt.
- Your name, if you enter it at checkout. It appears on your receipt.
- A record of the sale: what you bought, when, how much, and the transaction reference.
- Nothing about your card. Your payment is handled by our payment provider, who sells on our behalf as the merchant of record. We never see your card details and we never store them.
What we do with it
- Send you the download link and the receipt.
- Answer you when you write to us about your order.
- Keep the sales record we are required to keep for accounting and tax.
Who else sees it
Running a shop like this means some of your information has to pass through other companies who process it for us: whoever takes the payment, whichever service delivers our emails, and the providers that host these pages and the download page. They only use it to do that job for us.
They are not allowed to use it for anything else, and we do not hand your information to anyone for their own purposes. If you want to know which companies handle it, write to us and we will tell you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anybody.
- We do not add you to a mailing list. If we ever send news about the playbook, it will only go to people who asked for it.
How long we keep it
The sales record is kept because we are required to keep it for accounting and tax. Your download link stays live with whatever downloads it has left. If you want your email address removed, write to us and we will remove everything we are not required to keep.
Cookies
These pages do not set cookies. The checkout sets what it needs to take your payment securely and to remember your choices while you are there.
Your choices
Write to info@azizpadel.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.
